27/08/2008 | TUDOR Wests started the Subaru Super Stix final round in the same winning fashion they have played the season, scoring a two-goal success over Kiwi Diggers on Saturday.
The competition leaders were up 3-nil before Kiwis could put a goal in the back of the net, and they didn’t concede another to finish on top 3-1.
It was their first win of a Saturday and again they imposed themselves early.

Naomi Spark led the goalscoring way for Flames, scoring twice and organising plenty of attacking play while Julie Rodda, Jamaya Ferguson and Libby McHugh, who also rifled home two goals in second grade, scored for Flames.

It was a fighting effort from the competition leaders, after countless chances in the first half for no reward and a two-goal deficit, with Genelle Tomlinson and Em Lockyer finishing off for Tudors.
