 Community should lead the fight

Community should lead the fight

THE Inverell community is in an ideal position to fight back against the multi-national corporations that come in, confiscate a productive business then destroy the brand after transferring all production to another plant.

Inverell can lead the region in fighting back by taking over the factory and continuing to produce the products Nestle thinks they can produce much cheaper in Blayney.

Inverell has the factory, the workforce and I would guess, the whole of the New England region if not the State.

The next thing is to publish a list of the pet food products Nestle produces and ask people to avoid buying those products.

Stuff Nestle and stuff BHP et al.

What will these voracious corporations leave us with?
